Most of what a business knows lives in people’s heads, in old emails, or in conversations nobody wrote down. That is fine until someone asks the same question for the fourth time.
What gets written here
Short, specific pieces. Each one answers a question that someone actually asked, and the answer is in the first paragraph rather than four scrolls down.
How often
When there is something worth saying. A blog that posts on a schedule ends up padding, and padding is worse than silence.
